TIKKA PASTE (300G)






Chicken Tikka Masala with Basmati Rice:

500 g of Breast Chicken cut into cubes. Marinate the cubes with 2 tbsp of Mannys Tikka Masala paste & 1 tbsp. youghurt. Leave for 2 hours in the fridge. The longer the better . In a sauce pan heat 1 tbsp olive oil. Fry the marinated chicken for 5 minutes , Add 300 ml of Thickened cream and 100ml of water. Squeeze lemon.Stir well. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Best with a ripe young Chardonnay.
