Manny is a Bombay (now Mumbai) Parsi by Birth and a musician by training coming to Australia with wife Christine and their two children in 1980. Cooking is christine's great passion and all the recipes in the manufacturing of Manny's Mixes & Pastes are her brainchild. Together Manny & Christine use their different skills to present the most exciting & authentic flavours of true Indian delights.
